Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! We even offer virtual EMDR sessions! Your therapist
may suggest occasional in-person sessions depending
upon your needs.
Where is your office?
Our office is in the West University/Upper Kirby area of
Houston. We provide the exact address when you
schedule your appointment. There is plenty of free
parking available in the building's lot.
How long are sessions?
Sessions most commonly last 50 minutes. 80 and
100-minute options also available.
How often would we meet?
This depends on your individual needs and goals as well as your preferred pace. For clients facing crisis, challenges with eating disorder recovery and/or substance abuse recovery, or significant struggles with PTSD, depression, or anxiety that are impacting their day-to-day functioning, your therapist will make a recommendation about how often to meet. To help determine what might be best for you right now, please reach out to us.
What is the investment?
$200 for a 50-minute session.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
We have a limited number of sliding scale spaces for clients (or the client’s guarantor, if applicable) who have a gross annual household income of less than $200k. Please message us to check availability and learn more.
Can I use insurance?
We provide you monthly superbills so you can utilize any out-of-network coverage you may have. We do not handle insurance claims directly.
