Welcome,

Mental healthcare, or what I like to call "healing," has taken a dangerous turn toward profit over people, rapid expansion over relationship, and corporations over codes of ethics. With fewer and fewer clinician-owned practices, it is easy for the heart of therapeutic work to get lost. So, I took all I've learned (so far) from my 14 years as a therapist, including 5 years as a program director and 4 years in private practice, and created Daylight Therapy Group: where your well-being matters most.

With fewer and fewer clinician-owned practices, it is easy for the heart of therapeutic work to get lost. So, I took all I've learned (so far) from my 12 years as a therapist, including 5 years as a program director and 4 years in private practice, and created Daylight Therapy Group; where your well-being matters most.

Daylight is what I believe therapy at its best feels like: revelatory, yet soothing; bright, yet not blinding. It allows us to see our gold and our shadow, our struggles and strengths; whatever we are ready to see. We hope Daylight becomes your safe space where you can see all parts of yourself with more truth, clarity, and love.

Therapy takes fortitude and grit; and everyone who says
"yes" to
that call to
courage
deserves
to be safe,
supported,
and seen.
